The company has introduced more than 10 internationally advanced testing and laboratory systems and independently designed and developed more than 10 sets of graphene preparation and modification equipment, including dedicated graphene preparation and modification equipment with an annual capacity of 60 tons. Highbery has designed a global industrial-scale graphene in-situ polymerized PA6 production line with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons and has built the world's first graphene in-situ polymerized PA6 chip and spinning production line with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons. The company has also developed functional graphene PA6 yarns with antistatic, antibacterial, far-infrared and flame-retardant properties, which have been widely recognized by customers.
Guided by its R&D philosophy of focused expertise and continuous innovation, the company has filed more than 20 related invention patent applications, including 8 granted invention patents, 1 U.S. invention patent and 2 granted utility model patents.
