June 19, 2018 Jiangsu Jiangshan red graphene modified PA6 chip continuous polymerization project entered the equipment installation stage

On June 19, 2018, Jiangsu Jiangshan Hong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.'s graphene modified PA6 chip continuous polymerization project officially entered the equipment installation stage.

At the construction site, the extraction, drying and other public engineering equipment required for the polymerization are in place, and the main polymerization device will also enter the site on the same day. The personnel of the installation company are orderly conducting on-site confirmation work. Jiang Yan, chairman of Jiangsu Jiangshanhong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., said that the equipment installation work is expected to take about three months, after which it can be commissioned. If it is successful, the first batch of graphene continuous polymerization PA6 chips will be produced around October.

Jiangsu Jiangshanhong Co., Ltd. is located in Nylon Industrial Park, Duntou Town, Hai'an City, Jiangsu Province, with a total investment of 120 million yuan. The company will be built into the world's first large-scale demonstration modern factory integrating industrialized modified graphene production, in-situ polymerization of graphene PA6 chips and graphene modified nylon fiber, which can produce high-quality modified graphene powder annually 90 tons of graphene, 25,000 tons of graphene in situ polymerized PA6 slices, of which about 15,000 tons of slices can be further processed into graphene modified nylon 6 fibers, with a total output value of 800-1000 million yuan.
