On September 15, 2017, the ceremony of Changzhou Henglibao Nano New Material Technology Co., Ltd.'s shareholding in Jiangsu Jiangshanhong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was officially held in Hai'an County, Nantong.

Jiangshan Hong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is located in Duntou Town, Hai'an County, Nantong City, covering a total area of ​​6.5060 hectares; the production base is expected to invest 65 million yuan. After signing the agreement, the production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons of graphene nylon PA6 chips was officially launched at the Jiangshanhong production base. It is expected that production capacity will be formed in the second half of next year to ease the market's short supply.

Since October, Changzhou Henglibao has carried out technical exchanges with suppliers on the equipment that Jiangshanhong needs to purchase; through exchanges, it is possible to gain a deeper understanding of the equipment that needs to be purchased, including technical parameters, appearance, and main features. At the same time, the relevant personnel of the company's engineering department went to Haian County to level the land inside the plant and work on the construction of the civil fence. During this period, public works and other equipment were also being negotiated with relevant manufacturers. In January, an agreement was reached with the main polymerization equipment manufacturer. At the same time, the construction volume statistics of the aggregation building, the batching workshop, the packing workshop and the warehouse are also carried out. The Administration Department has also been established and started to work normally. The factory retains two staff members to escort the company's basic normal operation.
